fix(tests): fix all failing Go tests in group and database packages

Correct struct field names, invalid systemrole values, session-ID-as-user-ID
confusion in TestGetChats_* tests, wrong URL paths in alert tests, unsafe
type assertions that caused test panics, JSON newline encoding bug, and
missing Comment/Reason fields in Rating struct for /changes endpoint.
