refactor(web): remove legacy thread render mode from SpaceTaskUnifiedThread (#1633)

The compact renderer has been the default for some time. Drop the
verbose/legacy flat-event-feed renderer along with its config switch and
sub-components so the unified thread always uses SpaceTaskCardFeed.

- Inline simplifications in SpaceTaskUnifiedThread.tsx: drop renderStyle,
  threadEvents memo, and the renderStyle branches in scroll/agent-tag effects.
- Delete space-task-thread-config.ts (localStorage switch).
- Delete SpaceTaskThreadEventFeed/EventRow/VerboseFeed/ModeToggle.
- Drop the now-unused SpaceTaskThreadRenderMode type.
- Trim the legacy-mode test from SpaceTaskUnifiedThread.test.tsx.

buildThreadEvents/parseThreadRow remain because TaskArtifactsPanel still
relies on them to extract todos and file operations.
