Fix #297: parse transcript_support_level with parenthetical suffix

Recent Ensembl releases may emit values like
`transcript_support_level "1 (assigned to previous version 5)"`, causing
`int(tsl)` in `Genome.transcript_by_id` to crash once gtfparse no longer
strips internal whitespace from attribute values. Extract the leading
token and coerce it to an int when numeric, otherwise None.
