test(coverage): message package comprehensive TDD coverage

Add 47 unit tests for the message package's pure helper functions:
- sanitiseForEmail: truncation, stripping, edge cases
- splitOnWordBoundary: punctuation, hyphen, numbers
- removeWordBoundary: case-insensitive, no false-positives
- locationIDsEqual / stringPtrEqual: nil-safety, equality
- matchWorryWords: pound sign, phrase matching, dedup, allowed words

Also fix pre-existing build failure in embedding_vectorsearch_branches_test.go
where 7 call sites still used the old 2-return VectorSearch signature after
VectorSearch was changed to (results, stats, err) in PR #221.

Total: 1906 tests pass (was 1859 before this branch).
