feat(space): remove edit/write tools from Space chat agent (#1567)

Space chat sessions are read-only coordinators. Apply the same tool
restriction pattern as room_chat: allow Read/Glob/Grep/Bash/WebFetch/
WebSearch/ToolSearch/AskUserQuestion, disallow Edit/Write/NotebookEdit,
enforce strictMcpConfig, and skip user settings sources.

Coder/reviewer node agents (worker sessions) are unaffected.
