ci(auto-merge): remove stale app-ci-fd auto-merge workflow

The app-ci-fd branch was consolidated into master during the monorepo
migration. Both the web and mobile app now build from the production
branch (see iznik-nuxt3/README-APP.md), so the daily production → app-ci-fd
auto-merge is obsolete.

The workflow has been failing every night because its first step
(actions/checkout with ref: app-ci-fd) errors out with "A branch or tag
with the name 'app-ci-fd' could not be found", causing the merge step to
be skipped and the job conclusion to be reported as failure.
