chore(test): cover useTimeFormat pure formatters (#189)

32 tests across earliestDate, timeago, timeagoShort, timeagoMedium,
timeadapt, timeadaptChat, and the dayjs-format helpers. Uses fake
timers anchored to 2026-04-17 12:00 UTC for deterministic output.
Covers the singularise-"1 unit" path in timeago, the "just now"
rewrite guard, all 6 timeagoShort buckets (now/Nm/Nh/Nd/Nw/Nmo),
the 4 timeadaptChat branches (today / within week / same year /
different year), and the ordinal-day output of the date formatters.
