Breaking change: clarifies that this factory always produces a simulator
with no hardware connections. Add Breaking Changes section to 0.6.0
release notes.

- export() now saves solver mode under solver.mode in the config file.
- restore() gains restore_mode=False: warns when saved mode differs from
  current mode; applies it only with restore_mode=True (caution on hardware).
- simulator_from_config() uses restore_mode=True (safe: always a simulator).

* test #363 add coverage for restore_mode; use core.mode as source of truth

core.mode is authoritative; solver.mode is the calculator's lazy state.
Fix restore() to compare/set via core.mode, not solver.mode directly.
