fix: remove Config.put/3 (#64)

Config.put/3 took a keyword list and returned a new keyword list. It did
not write to application env, making it misleading alongside Config.get/2
which does read from application env. The function was never called in
production code and its behaviour is achievable with Keyword.put/3
directly.
