v0.5.0: hitlist-indexed queries, topiary scoring, personalize + hits CLIs

- Drop hla_only/human_only; single mhc_species filter routed through
  hitlist.curation.classify_mhc_species (mhcgnomes)
- Fix export.py TypeError against current hitlist.scanner.scan
- Filter is_binding_assay wherever MS aggregates are built
- tsarina/datasources.py: resolve IEDB/CEDAR from hitlist registry with
  actionable register-hint on miss
- tsarina/indexing.py: ensure_index_built + load_ms_evidence over the
  hitlist observations parquet; auto-builds on first use
- tsarina data build [--force] CLI to pre-warm the index
- tsarina personalize CLI matching personalize() API (renamed from perseus)
- tsarina hits CLI: gene/UniProt → ProteomeIndex peptides → filtered
  evidence query (allele / species / serotype / resolution / class)
- Swap scoring.py to topiary + mhctools (predictor: mhcflurry default,
  netmhcpan, netmhcpan_el). Deprecate score_netmhcpan subprocess shim
- perseus.py renamed to personalize.py; update all importers
- 133 tests passing, 0 skipped
