feat(copyTeamPermissions): remove allAssets DEV-1333 DEV-1334 (#6893)

### 📣 Summary

Make Copy Team Permissions feature properly load all available projects
and allow for searching particular one within the project selection
dropdown. Also stop using deprecated `allAssets` store.

### 💭 Notes

Changes here:
- Changed `CopyTeamPermissions` to functional component
- Use infinite scroll in project selection dropdown to load as many
projects as user needs (through `useInfiniteScroll` and
`InfiniteScrollTrigger`)
- `SharingForm` passes on whole locally available asset object down to
`CopyTeamPermissions` and doesn't rely on `allAssets` anymore

### 👀 Preview steps

1. ℹ️ Have an account, multiple different users, and a three projects A,
B, and C
2. Never open project C
3. Open Project A → Settings → Sharing
4. Share project with some users
5. Open Project B → Settings → Sharing
6. Notice the "Who has access" section displays single user (project
owner)
7. Toggle open "Copy team from another project"
8. 🔴 [on main] Notice that "Select source project…" dropdown only lists
project A
9. 🟢 [on PR] Notice that "Select source project…" dropdown lists all
your projects
10. Select project A
11. Click "copy" and then confirm with "PROCEED"
12. 🟢 Notice a success notification "permissions were copied
successfully"
13. 🟢 Notice the "Who has access" section now displays all the users
from point (4)
