Fix Volume widget crash on reload

The Volume widget has a background task to check for volume changes.
This task is not cleared when the config is reloaded and so tries to
draw the bar with references to finalised `Drawer` and `TextLayout`
objects.

This PR ensures the task is deleted when the widget is finalised.

Fixes #5886
