Allow WindowName to have calculated width

By default, the `WindowName` widget is a `STRETCH` widget which expands
to fill available space. That is not ideal if you want the widget to be
centred between two `Spacer` widgets as they will all take an equal
width.

This PR adds a `stretch` configuration option which, when set to
`False`, will ensure the widget's length matches its contents.

Fixes #5903
