Commit Message

Remove stale Endpoints API code

The Kubernetes Endpoints API support was recently removed.
This cleanup removes all leftover stale code that was only
reachable through the old Endpoints path.

Removed:
- serviceEndpoint struct and all its methods from both controller
  and hostagent packages
- Endpoints informer setup, event handlers, and related helpers
- makeEps test helper and endpointPort; all test call sites now
  use makeEpSlice with native EndpointSlice types directly
- Stale test infrastructure (fakeEndpointsSource, endpoints fields
  in test augment structs)
