fix(qual): remove explicit credentials from call to LLM DEV-1922 (#6886)

### 💭 Notes
Internal only. Removes explicit credentials from the LLM request, boto3
will get them from the environment.
Doesn't remove them from `base.py` because we use the presence of a key
in the environment to determine if we should load a bunch of other
credentials removing them might have other consequences.


### 👀 Preview steps
Regression test only. Verify requesting an LLM answer to a question
still works as long as you are logged in to aws locally.
