fix(projects): allow admin to delete a single project DEV-1811 (#6842)

### 📣 Summary
Fixes an issue where the admin of an organization cannot delete one
single project (deleting multiple was still possible).

### 👀 Preview steps
1. ℹ️ have a MMO and an admin
2. create multiple projects in the MMO
3. log in as admin
4. select a single project and try to delete it
5. 🔴 [on main] notice that the delete button is disabled
6. 🟢 [on PR] notice that the delete button is not disabled
7. delete a single project
8. 🟢 notice that the project was deleted successfully
