fix(frontend): check "flatten geojson" by default DEV-609 (#6833)

### 📣 Summary
User selects "GeoJSON" as export type and under "Advanced options" the
"Flatten GeoJSON" checkbox will be selected by default.

### 👀 Preview steps
1. ℹ️ have an account and a project
2. Go to Data tab > Downloads
3. Choose "GeoJSON" as export type
4. Expand "Advanced options" accordion
5. 🔴 [on main] "Flatten GeoJSON" checkbox not selected 
6. 🟢 [on PR]  "Flatten GeoJSON" checkbox selected by default
