Improve test coverage of API and workload (#435)

#### Description

- Add tests to `height.go`
- Remove `workload.CreateNamespacesTX(policy)` and replace calls with
`workload.CreateNamespacesTxFromEndorser(c.TxBuilder.TxEndorser, ...)`
- Remove unused debug method for `Profile`
- Add test cases for profiles with user generated keys
- Refactor `workload.getKeyPair()`
