feat(builtin): add Char::escape and refactor String::escape with quote parameter

Add Char::escape(quote~ : Bool = true) and extend String::escape with a
quote~ parameter. Both delegate to internal escape_to helpers that write
directly to &Logger, so Show::output avoids intermediate String allocation.
