feat(button): define outline variant as tertiary DEV-1842 (#6809)

### 💭 Notes

Defined the previously unused "outline" variant as our tertiary button
style. Used it in `FormLanding` component.

Also increased a bit the spacing between button label and the icon.

button on the right side
4. 🔴 [on main] notice it is a single dark blue icon
