ci: reduce CI test suite runtime with parallel jobs DEV-1824 (#6798)

### 📣 Summary

The pytest CI job was running all tests sequentially in a single job,
taking ~40 minutes; this reduces it to ~15 minutes by splitting tests
across parallel jobs.

### 📖 Description

The test suite was running in one large sequential job, making feedback
loops slow. Tests are now split into 4 path-based groups. Each job also
uses `pytest-xdist` internally for additional intra-job parallelism ,
for a total of 8 parallel CI jobs. A sequential `--lf` fallback step
reruns only failed tests to distinguish real failures from xdist
flakiness.
