* refactor(web): always show context indicator as circle

Remove the bar layout and width-based switching logic. The context
indicator now always renders as a circular progress ring.

* test(web): update tests for circle-only context indicator

Update ContextUsageBar and SessionStatusBar tests to match the new
circle-only layout: check for SVG text content instead of percentage
strings, and move progress bar assertions into dropdown tests.
