fix(analysis): fix crash when adding first analysis question DEV-1794 (#6775)

### 📣 Summary

Fixes a bug where the user experiences a crash after adding the first
qualitative analysis question to a form with an audio submission.

2. add an audio question to the project, deploy the form and make a
submission
3. add a question in the analysis tab in the single processing view
