Fix Kotlin compile error: make NavigationCard accessible to PlannerNavigationScreen (#612)

The NavigationCard composable in DiaryNavigationScreen was marked private,
but PlannerNavigationScreen (added in the planner navigation reorganization)
also uses it. Changed visibility from private to internal.
