Improve chart legend readability and use yyyy-MM-dd date format on Android (#596)

Use 2-column legend layout instead of 3 columns for emotion charts to
give more space per label, and increase truncation limit from 20 to 30
characters. Change all chart date labels from MM/dd and MM-dd to
yyyy-MM-dd for unambiguous date ordering.
