Add randomized day planner feature across all platform modules (#597)

Implements a new day planner system where users create activities (individual
tasks) and organize them into groups. In a week planner, groups are assigned
to hourly time slots. When a slot starts, the app suggests a random activity
by first picking a random group then a random activity within it, preventing
large groups from dominating suggestions. Users confirm or deny suggestions,
feeding data into the correlation engine over time.

New shared models: PlannerActivity, PlannerGroup, WeekPlannerSlot,
SlotConfirmation with repository interfaces and DayPlannerService.
Webserver: JPA/Database repositories, REST controller at /api/day-planner.
Android: Room entities/DAOs/repositories, three Compose UI screens
(WeekPlanner, PlannerGroups, PlannerActivities) with swipeable day view.
ModuleVisibility extended with dayPlannerVisible field.
