feat(room): add room chat panel tabs and Stop button

- Add Chat/Self tabs to room chat panel for switching between interactive chat and readonly self agent views
- Add readonly prop to ChatContainer and ChatHeader to hide message input and tools button
- Add Stop button to RoomSelfStatus for when agent is running or paused
- Self tab shows readonly view of room:self session (autonomous agent orchestration)
- Chat tab shows interactive room:chat session (user-facing chat)

The room self agent now:
- Creates tasks based on goals when started
- Spawns worker/manager paired sessions to work on tasks
- Works autonomously and shows progress in the Self tab
- Can be controlled via Start/Pause/Resume/Stop buttons
