fix(room-agent): show Start button for idle state and fix model dropdown

- RoomAgentStatus: show green Start button when agent is idle (agents
  auto-initialize with idle state, so null-state check never triggered)
- RoomSettings: map display_name from models.list RPC to name field so
  the model dropdown renders model names instead of undefined
- room-agent-service: use room.defaultModel instead of non-existent
  ctx.model for the agent's own planning session
