feat(web): wire room agent state and Run button into dashboard

- Add agentState signal to RoomStore, fetched on room select and
  updated via roomAgent.stateChanged subscriptions
- Add startAgent, stopAgent, pauseAgent, resumeAgent methods to RoomStore
- Render RoomAgentStatus at top of RoomDashboard with action handler
  (Start button when stopped, Pause/Resume when running)
