feat(act): streamline state builder with passthrough defaults

.emits() now creates default passthrough reducers for all events,
making .patch() optional — only needed for events with custom logic.
.emit("EventName") string shorthand passes action payload directly
as event data. Updates all examples, docs, and landing page.
