fix(test): use crypto.randomUUID() for unique temp DB paths in room tests

- Replace Date.now() + Math.random() with crypto.randomUUID() for guaranteed unique identifiers
- Re-enable 119 previously skipped tests (MemoryManager, TaskManager, ContextManager, RoomManager)
- Fixes CI test isolation issue caused by path collisions in parallel execution
