Fix android-release APK artifact path to match Gradle output structure (#444)

The upload path used `apk/<flavor>Release/` but Android Gradle Plugin
outputs APKs to `apk/<flavor>/release/` (separate directories for
flavor and build type). This matches the correct path already used in
release.yml and the debug APK path elsewhere in ci.yml.
