refactor: migrate to SDK thinking API and add client identifier

- Migrate from deprecated maxThinkingTokens to new thinking option
  - Add ThinkingConfig type (adaptive/enabled/disabled)
  - Convert ThinkingLevel enum to thinking config in query-options-builder
  - Maintain backward compatibility for global settings
- Add CLAUDE_AGENT_SDK_CLIENT_APP='neokai/0.5.0' env var
- Add deprecation notices for maxThinkingTokens usage
- Update SDK type definitions with new thinking/effort options
- Remove unnecessary try/catch in global-store refresh method
