test: migrate web tests from query/command/call to unified request API

Fixed all 132 failing web tests after MessageHub protocol refactoring:
- Updated mock definitions: query/command → request
- Replaced all mockHub.query/command/call with mockHub.request
- Removed console.error spy assertions (implementation no longer logs)
- Fixed 11 test files across hooks, lib, and components

Changed files:
- useInputDraft.test.ts, useModelSwitcher.test.ts, useSendMessage.test.ts
- useSessionActions.test.ts, ToolResultCard.test.tsx
- global-store.test.ts, global-store-comprehensive.test.ts
- state-channel.test.ts, state-channel-class.test.ts
- aaa-state.test.ts, aaa-reconnection-safari.test.ts
- connection-manager-visibility.test.ts, utils.test.ts

✅ All 3200 web tests now passing (103 test files)
