restructure code (#111)

This pull request removes the local ext/node extension and its related files, and updates the build to use the ext_node crate (and other Deno crates) directly from a forked Deno monorepo via git dependencies instead of local paths or vendored code. Additionally, several dependencies are updated to use published versions, and some new dependencies are added. This streamlines dependency management and reduces local maintenance overhead.
