docs: Clarify SpaceSaver metrics are estimates

Updates metric descriptions for Top K domains and clients derived from
the SpaceSaver algorithm. These descriptions now explicitly state that
the values shown are estimates calculated using "count - error".

Also includes minor code style improvements:
* Consistent indentation in `slog_helpers.go`.
* Ensured consistent EOF newlines in test files.
