* fix: Report accurate SpaceSaver counts

Updates SpaceSaver metric callback to subtract the estimation
error from the entry count when calculating TopN results.

This ensures that metric reports reflect the actual frequency
of entries, rather than including the approximation error
introduced by the SpaceSaver algorithm during eviction.

Also adds comprehensive unit tests for `newSpaceSaverStatsCallback`.

* test: Add coverage for SpaceSaver minKey caching

Improves robustness of `SpaceSaver` functionality by adding explicit tests
for the `minKey` caching mechanism.

*   Ensures `minKey` is correctly initialized and updated after increments
    or replacements.
*   Verifies recomputation occurs if the cached `minKey` becomes invalid.
*   Refactors `TestNewSpaceSaverStatsCallback` to use table-driven testing.
