feat(wallet,dashboard): add staking edge case tests (#8906)

# Description of change

resolves #7709 

adds test for staking edge cases:
- using Max button
- using recommended button
- minimum allowed amount (1 IOTA)
- max amount -1 nano
- staking amount that multiple objects are needed
- staking amount for which more than 50 objects are needed to be merged

## How the change has been tested

- Stake min stakable amount
- Stake max stakable amount
- Stake amounts close to max amount (micros less than max)
- Stake large amounts in local network with `ex. --faucet-amount
2600000000000000`
- Test staking when user has lot of objects (request from faucet
multiple times or use https://thoralf-m.github.io/iota-utils/ to split
objects )
- test inputing `amounts > max amount` and `amount < min stakable
amount` (1 IOTA)

For all tests check that gas form field displays correct value
