Add inat_search_url column and mutual exclusivity validation

- Add migration for inat_search_url (text) column to inat_imports table
- Implement InatImport#valid_input? to ensure mutual exclusivity between
  inat_ids, inat_search_url, and import_all
- Add InatImport#import_source helper to identify observation source
- Add comprehensive test coverage for input validation in
  test_mutually_exclusive_inputs

This is the first step in supporting iNaturalist URL input. URLs will be
stored separately from plain IDs.
Job processing modifications are deferred to a
separate task.
