fix: Address bugs and code quality issues from nightly reviews

- Fix #465: Use tolerance-based float comparison in Physics sample
  instead of direct comparison

- Fix #466: BundleGenerator now properly flattens nested bundles for
  ComponentTypes, Query, With/Without extensions. GetBundle and
  BundleRef skip generation for bundles with nesting (with comment)

- Fix #467: Add documentation in AOT sample explaining both component
  definition approaches ([Component] attribute vs explicit IComponent)

- Fix #468: MixinGenerator now deduplicates fields from diamond
  dependencies before conflict detection to avoid false positives

- Fix #469: Add KEEN032 diagnostic warning when bundles exceed the
  4-component Query<T>() limit, guiding users to QueryBuilder API
