Refactor lightbox caption sync to use event-based architecture

Move DOM manipulation from custom Turbo Stream action to lightgallery
controller. The Turbo Stream action now dispatches a custom event with
caption data, and the lightgallery controller listens and updates its
own elements. This improves separation of concerns.
