feat: Add AOT vs JIT performance benchmarking infrastructure

Implements comprehensive benchmarking suite for comparing Native AOT and
JIT compilation performance as described in issue #326.

Changes:
- Created KeenEyes.AotVsJit.Benchmarks project with BenchmarkDotNet
  - QueryPerformanceBenchmarks: Query iteration with 1-3 components
  - ComponentAccessBenchmarks: Get/Set operations
  - EntityOperationsBenchmarks: Spawn/despawn performance
- Created StartupTimeBenchmark for measuring cold start performance
- Added measure-binary-sizes.sh script for deployment size comparison
- Created docs/performance/aot-vs-jit-benchmarks.md with:
  - Methodology and test environment details
  - Placeholder tables for benchmark results
  - Instructions for running benchmarks
  - Analysis framework for comparing results
- Updated docs/aot-deployment.md with links to performance benchmarks

The benchmark infrastructure is ready for users to run locally on their
hardware and platforms. Results placeholders are included in documentation
for when benchmarks are executed.
