Upgrade to Go 1.24 and restructure test isolation

- Remove repo_pre124.go with Go 1.24 native generic type alias support
- Add internal/tests package with NewMemDB and NewDBRun functions
- Add setupDemoData function to initialize test data
- Replace global caseDB with independent database connections in each test
- Use t.Run subtests instead of raw code blocks
- Update gormcngen, gormcnm, must, syntaxgo dependencies
- Add gormclass.Use() concise usage example in README
- Update Go version badge from 1.22+ to 1.24+
- Remove Go 1.22.x and 1.23.x from CI test matrix
- Restructure test functions with isolated database instances
