Adjust generic type alias to Go 1.24+ native support

- Update build constraint from go1.23 to go1.24 in repo.go
- Rename repo_pre123.go to repo_pre124.go (struct embedding compat)
- Update comments explaining Go 1.23 needs GOEXPERIMENT flag
- Improve UpdatesM method comments with accurate function signature
- Update README section numbering and image alt text
- Add English/Chinese comments to test functions
- Add repo_pre124_test.go with compat version tests
