Refactor API::Instance and reorganize DSL modules

- Remove attr_readers in favor of direct instance variable access
- Move routing methods (given, mounted, cascade) to DSL::Routing module
- Simplify compilation methods and improve method visibility
- Update delegators to work with instance variables
- Expand NON_OVERRIDABLE list in API class
- Improve tests to use HTTP calls instead of internal state checks
- Better organize private methods in DSL modules
