Add documentation, benchmarks, and sample for Phase 3 (v0.3.0) features

This commit adds comprehensive coverage for the Relationships & Reactivity
features (Issues #64, #65, #66):

Documentation:
- docs/relationships.md: Parent-child hierarchy guide with traversal,
  cycle prevention, and cascading despawn examples
- docs/events.md: Event system guide covering component events,
  entity events, and custom EventBus usage
- docs/change-tracking.md: Change tracking guide with manual marking,
  auto-tracking, and network sync patterns
- Updated docs/index.md and api/index.md with new guides and types

Benchmarks:
- HierarchyBenchmarks.cs: Measures SetParent, GetParent, GetChildren,
  GetDescendants, GetAncestors, GetRoot, DespawnRecursive
- EventBenchmarks.cs: Measures Subscribe, Publish, component events,
  entity lifecycle events
- ChangeTrackingBenchmarks.cs: Measures MarkDirty, IsDirty, GetDirtyEntities,
  ClearDirtyFlags, auto-tracking overhead

Sample:
- KeenEyes.Sample.Relationships: Interactive demo showcasing all v0.3.0
  features including hierarchy, events, change tracking, and cascading despawn

All changes verified with successful build (0 errors) and all 944 tests passing.
