fix(assets): infer MIME type from file extension for blob URLs

PixiJS warns when blob URLs have incorrect MIME types because
AssetLoader and Spritesheet hardcoded "image/png" regardless
of actual file extension.

- Add getImageMimeType() utility to infer MIME type from path
- Update loadStaticImage() to use inferred MIME type
- Update Spritesheet.load() to use inferred MIME type
- Support png, jpg, jpeg, webp, gif, svg formats
