fix(assets): derive spritesheet JSON path by stripping image extension

Spritesheet.load() now correctly strips the image file extension before
appending .json when no explicit jsonFile is provided.

Before: "bomb-spritesheet.webp" → "bomb-spritesheet.webp.json"
After:  "bomb-spritesheet.webp" → "bomb-spritesheet.json"
