feat(formBuilder): unset image max-pixels param by clearing the text field DEV-1067 (#6464)

You can now remove the max-pixels parameter from an image question, by
clearing the contents of the max-pixels field (2048) in the image question settings.

    max-pixels: [ |No limit              ] px

    Leave empty for no limit
    Default value: 2048px

Adds a new parameter type `{ paramType: 'maxPixels' }` to the
Formbuilder, which displays:

  - A 'No limit' placeholder if the field is currently blank
  - Text hints underneath the field noting the
    default value and how to remove the limit.

Introduces three new translation strings:

    No limit
    Default: ##
    Leave empty for no limit.
