fix(connectedProjects): error handling causing crash DEV-1214 (#6458)

### 📣 Summary

Fixes crash in Connected Projects UI when a renamed question of not yet
redeployed form is being selected.

### 💭 Notes

When asset version mismatch happens, there is an error when user tries
to link projects using particular (renamed) questions. This error will
be handled in other issue, but here we fixed the UI crash that was
happening around error notification code.

### 👀 Preview steps

1. ℹ️ have an account and a project with single text question `What is
your name`
2. Deploy the project
3. Go to Project → Settings → Connect Projects, enable Data sharing and
Select specific questions to share (notice `What_is_your_name` present,
but don't select any)
4. Go back and edit the form to change the data column name from default
"What_is_your_name" to "name", save, **but do not redeploy** at this
time
5. Go to Project → Settings → Connect Projects, enable Data sharing and
Select specific questions to share
6. Select the newly renamed `name` question
7. 🔴 [on main] This will immediately result in the error and UI crashing
8. 🟢 [on PR] An error notification should appear, UI not crashing
